Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive outreach programs to engage local communities
- Coordinate with diverse community groups and stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns
- Manage and nurture partnerships with community organizations businesses and government agencies
- Increase awareness of Govunis services through various marketing and communication channels
- Plan organize and execute community events workshops and educational programs
- Create and maintain relationships with key community leaders and influencers
- Develop and manage budgets for outreach initiatives and community projects
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs adjusting strategies as needed
- Prepare detailed reports on outreach activities outcomes and community impact
- Represent Govuni at community meetings local events and public forums
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals and objectives
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for community engagement and service expansion
- Train supervise and mentor outreach staff and volunteers to ensure highquality program delivery
Qualifications :
Qualifications: 35 years in community engagement ideally with nonprofit or public advocacy experience.
