Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Translator to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a Translator you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication across languages ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate translations for our organization.
- Translate written documents including reports correspondence and marketing materials from one language to another
- Proofread and edit translated content to ensure accuracy consistency and cultural appropriateness
- Maintain translation databases and glossaries to ensure consistency across projects
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand technical terminology and context
- Manage multiple translation projects simultaneously meeting tight deadlines
- Stay updated on language trends cultural nuances and industryspecific terminology
- Assist in developing and maintaining style guides for different languages
- Provide interpretation services for meetings and conferences when required
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Translation Linguistics or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Proven experience as a professional translator with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both source and target languages
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver highquality translations consistently
- Proficiency in using translation software and computerassisted translation (CAT) tools
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong research skills and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and terminology
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness particularly regarding Arabic culture
- Knowledge of industryspecific terminology (e.g. legal medical technical) is advantageous
- Certification from a recognized translation association is preferred
