Job Description
As a Factory Manager you will be tasked with leading the charge in our daily operations. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our production targets are met each day both effectively and safely. This role is integral to our production processes and promises a fastpaced dynamic work environment.
Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to maximize productivity while maintaining a high level of quality and safety. You will manage both people and processes introducing optimization strategies where necessary. As the Factory Manager youll uphold the quality of our products guarantee safety and compliance and navigate the complexities of supply chain management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Achieving production targets in line with the companys goals
- Managing staff including task delegation problemsolving and conflict resolution
- Optimizing production processes based on data analysis
- Maintaining a high standard of product quality through stringent quality control measures
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations to create a safe work environment
Qualifications :
- Strong leadership skills and previous management experience
- Indepth understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Superior problemsolving abilities and a strategic mindset
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
