Key Responsibilities
1. Business Planning and Goal Setting
- Business Plans: Create detailed business plans designed to achieve predetermined goals and quotas outlining strategies and actions to drive sales success.
2. Sales Cycle Management
- EndtoEnd Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying potential clients to securing deals including lead generation qualification and closing.
3. Opportunity Identification and Networking
- Sales Opportunities: Unearth new sales opportunities through networking referrals and market research. Build and maintain longterm partnerships with clients.
4. Product Presentation
- Client Presentations: Present products and services to prospective clients demonstrating their value and benefits to address specific needs.
5. AfterSales Support
- Customer Loyalty: Provide professional aftersales support to ensure customer satisfaction address any concerns and maximize customer loyalty.
6. Client Relationship Management
- Ongoing Contact: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their evolving needs ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
7. Issue Resolution
- Complaint Management: Respond to complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and uphold the companys reputation.
8. Negotiation and Record Keeping
- Agreements and Records: Negotiate agreements with clients manage sales documentation and keep accurate records of sales activities and data.
Requirements and Skills
Experience
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales or customer service role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge
- Sales Principles: Strong knowledge of market research sales strategies and negotiating principles to effectively manage and close sales opportunities.
Technical Skills
- MS Office: Proficient in MS Office applications for reporting and data analysis.
Communication and Presentation Skills
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey product value and build relationships with clients.
Organizational Skills
- Time Management: Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications :
Education
