About the role:
The position requires a Project Manager with a testing hat (Test Manager) who can come in and work alongside a Project Manager on client implementations. The team member must have prior experience and be able to infiltrate Professional Services teams.
In addition the team member must be able to build a test charter and resource management plans for projects. Must have experience in defect management and knows the various phases of testing in large complex implementations EndtoEnd. (E2E)
About the team:
Youll be part of a team of experts spread across the globe in Capital Markets software solutions.
What you will be doing:
E2E Test Managers will need to coordinate with the FIS implementation team the development organization as necessary as well as the Test Automation teams to devise E2E Test strategy for Clients.
They will also be responsible for participating in Client Go/ No Go decisions. The person will serve as a final alignment step between business stakeholders the client and FIS implementations teams on quality and scope of the implementations.
What you will need:
- Knowledge of application development software testing and quality management.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting or Engineering.
- 10 years experience within the field of agile project management and/or E2E testing.
Added bonus if you have:
- Certification in Agile Project Management and/ or testing
