What You Will Do:

• Provides 24 x 7 oncall support for all assigned productionrelated systems.

• May conduct codelevel software analyses to identify root cause of bugs and/or system modifications as needed.

• Identifying and resolving technical issues

• Assisting with system integrations

• Interfaces with internal clients vendors managers IT and Product Development to resolve problems.

• Analyzes problem documents and communicates resolution and conducts follow up. Escalates problems to appropriate teams when necessary.

• Assists in documenting current policies and procedures.

• Represents team on crossfunctional teams for production support and development activities.

• Performs specialty production processing.

• Interacts with internal departments to deliver solutions.

• Interprets and presents data and conclusions to management as needed.

• Improve methodologies used in the job.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What You Will Bring:

• Must have skills/tools/experience  Unix Windows Application support Unix programming/scripting (Bash Python Perl etc.) ServiceNow ITIL service management (incident request change problem knowledge)

• Nice to have skills/tools/experience: Network System Admin Certificate Management Apache web service Jira Akamai

• Must be willing to work on a Hybrid setup (Twice a week onsite). Office location is at Ecoplaza Building Magallanes Makati City (located near Magallanes MRT Station EDSA)

• Must be willing to work on a night shift (9pm to 6am) with rotational oncall schedule to cover offhours including weekends

• College Undergraduates and NonBachelors Degree holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply

• Knowledge of the basic principles processes phases and roles of application development methodologies

• Knowledge of a wide range of interface design development and debugging tools techniques and methodologies

• Knowledge of testing tools and quality control requirements

• Knowledge of programming languages

• Demonstrated knowledge of company products and services

• Excellent analytical problemsolving and time management skills

• Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and nontechnical audiences of various levels in the organization e.g. executive management individual contributors

• Ability to work well in a fastpaced high stress team environment

• Ability to work independently and intuitive ability to prioritize assignments

• Must be dependable and able to meet and fulfill obligations

• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers

• Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise with other resources
