Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and deploy AIdriven solutions tailored to client needs.
• Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for AI intervention creating scalable and sustainable frameworks.
• Design build and optimize machine learning models and AI pipelines to solve realworld challenges.
• Partner with clients to understand their pain points articulate project goals and ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them creatively to solve unique business problems.
• Document project milestones methodologies and best practices to support teamwide learning and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to thought leadership by publishing insights participating in conferences and representing Reluvate as an industry expert.

Qualifications :

At Reluvate Technologies we value expertise curiosity and the ability to adapt to dynamic challenges. While we encourage all qualified candidates to apply the ideal candidate for this role will have:

Education & Experience

• A bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in AI/ML data engineering or related fields. Proven expertise in delivering impactful AI solutions is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch Scikitlearn).
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Pandas NumPy or R.
• Strong knowledge of AI model training validation and deployment best practices.
• Familiarity with knowledge graph tools like Neo4j as well as NLP and TTS/STT technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
