- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor account teams providing guidance on campaign execution and ensuring highquality deliverables.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgets for client accounts ensuring that projects are completed within financial parameters.
- Campaign Oversight: Monitor the progress of campaigns analyzing performance metrics and making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative media and production teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports to clients on campaign performance insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or a related field.
Proven experience with at least 5 yrs in account management preferably in an advertising agency.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
