Job Description
Position: Employment & Training Support Professional 1
Location: Bloomfield CT
Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week; MondayFriday 11:00am7:00pm
Summary:
- Provides orientation training and supervision of individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include implementing employment plans designed to maximize worker progress and assure job is performed to specifications. Individuals with job coaching human services direct care and residential experience strongly encouraged to apply!
Qualifications:
- High School/GED or HiSET plus 1 year related experience and/or training. One year supervisory or human service experience desired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
Requirements:
- Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word data entry email and internet essential.
- Must have a valid drivers license 3 years driving experience good driving record use of vehicle and willingness to transport participants in personal vehicle.
- Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings employers offices and community organizations.
