Position: Camp ROCKS! Academic Adventures: Casual Summer Classroom Instructor
Job Requirements

Background Check Upon Conditional Offer:
Background checks are conducted upon receiving a conditional offer. Employees must complete a background check and are responsible for the background fee. A passing background is required. Criminal convictions are reviewed on a casebycase basis.
Job Requirements
- Responsible to design a themebased / projectbased learning camp for the students in the classroom.
- Provide experiential and integrated learning in reading math art and science.
- Provide a variety of alternative learning techniques and experiences for the students.
- Write end of camp progress reports for each student.
- Camp days include: breakfast and lunch phyed computer lab reading and math (other subject areas and activities are subject to timing and space)

Camp Dates (20 total days)
- June 2326 (MonThu)
- July 710 (MonThu)
- July 1417 (MonThu)
- July 2124 (MonThu)
- July 2831 (MonThu)
- Sites will be BG WVR and ZW. Your site placement will be determined at a later date.
- Program hours are: 8:15 am2:45 pm or 9:15 am3:45 pm depending on site and bussing.
- Instructor hours are: 7:45 am3:15 pm or 8:45 am4:15 pm
- *Times could change based on final bus routes and other summer program needs.
- Per casual salary contract guidelines
- New staff training held via Google Meet from 4:306 pm (date TBD)
- All summer staff meeting/camp setup Wed June 18 2025 from 8 am4 pm.
- Staffing decisions will be made by May at the latest and are dependent on camp enrollment numbers.
