Account Request System Coordinator
This is a contract opportunity.
This is a hybrid opportunity in Baltimore MD.
About this position
We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Account Request System Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for initiating new client accounts and ensuring compliance with KYC standards. Youll work closely with multiple internal teams including Sales Credit Documentation AML IED/FID Risk and Operations as well as directly with clients to gather the necessary documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a direct impact in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
Initiate the Account Request System for new client accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Credit Documentation AML IED/FID Risk and Operations) to ensure seamless account setup.
Communicate with clients to collect the required documentation for KYC compliance.
Ensure that all new legal entities meet KYC standards by coordinating with internal teams.
Continuously monitor processes to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.
Skills/Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with senior business leaders and crossfunctional teams.
Interest in working on projects to enhance knowledge and streamline processes.
Ability to identify inefficiencies and offer strategic solutions.
Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on risk mitigation.

Proficiency in technical tools and systems with a strong understanding of relevant software.

Pay/Salary Range
Pay Range: $3035/hr
