- Ensure all integrations are robust scalable and maintainable.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- Technical Expertise:
- Utilize various integration tools and middleware to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Develop and maintain integration scripts and APIs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for system integration.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with IT teams business analysts and stakeholders across different regions to gather requirements and understand integration needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Document integration processes configurations and procedures clearly and concisely.
- Project Management:
- Manage integration projects from conception through to completion ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as necessary.
Report on project status milestones and issues to senior management.
