Join a diverse and global organization as a Senior Advisor Consolidation where you will play a vital role in delivering consolidation services to ensure compliance with internal and external accounting and reporting requirements in accordance with IFRS and company policies. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and improve financial processes while collaborating with stakeholders worldwide. Responsibilities
- Participate in the monthly consolidation process for the organizations product groups.
- Train and mentor team members to deliver highquality and timely results.
- Develop and lead training programs for internal teams to enhance skills and performance.
- Analyze consolidated financial statements to ensure they meet stakeholder requirements and IFRS compliance.
- Prepare financial reports for senior management to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Provide guidance on Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and other accounting matters to finance teams to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) standards and support internal and external audits including SOX compliance.
- Continuously improve processes through innovative approaches leveraging data analytics and digital tools.
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple countries and time zones to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in consolidation within a large multinational and multicurrency organization.
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) essential for daily collaboration with global colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience with consolidated cash flow statements is an asset.
- Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and SAP is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills including variance analysis capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and process improvement.
