Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated CCTV Installation Specialist to join our team. The role involves visiting client sites across Delhi NCR for the installation configuration and maintenance of CCTV systems. The ideal candidate should have handson experience or basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems and be willing to travel as part of their job.
Key Responsibilities
CCTV Installation:
- Install and configure CCTV cameras DVRs/NVRs and related equipment at client sites.
- Perform system testing to ensure proper functionality and coverage.

Site Visits:
- Regularly visit client sites across Delhi NCR for installations troubleshooting and maintenance work.

System Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues related to CCTV systems.
- Provide basic training to clients on using installed systems.

Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of installations and service calls.
- Update job status and escalate unresolved issues to the team leader.

Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients during site visits to address queries and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation OR basic knowledge of CCTV systems.
- Ability to work with DVRs/NVRs wiring and CCTV configuration.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR to client sites.
- Twowheeler is mandatory (with a valid driving license).
- Strong problemsolving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation OR basic knowledge of CCTV systems.
