Roles and Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage potential customers actively listening to their needs and problems and recommending tailored products and services.
Leverage extensive product knowledge and sector expertise to address customer inquiries effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
Monitor and analyze results and market trends to recommend changes in products services and company policies.
Submit detailed activity and results reports including daily customer interactions weekly work plans and monthly/annual summaries to management.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints by identifying causes developing solutions and preparing detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with the Branch Manager and other interdepartments to enhance customer communication and improve the quality of product/service information through client feedback.
Achieve customer satisfaction by proactively addressing customer needs and effectively promoting products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in B2C and inside sales with a strong record of achieving sales targets.
Fluency in the local language with strong English communication skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets supported by strong prospecting and relationshipbuilding skills.
Excellent active listening collaboration and interpersonal abilities to build trust with customers and team members.
Creative and analytical thinking to resolve customer complaints and develop solutions.
Capability to manage reports analyze data and prepare actionable insights for management.
