Position Summary:
We are proud to partner with a renowned Healthcare Services Organization recognized for its excellence in the field. Our client has established a stateoftheart hospital facility in Libya committed to delivering toptier healthcare services. They are seeking experienced healthcare professionals with a solid background in hospital settings. Experience in a Cardiac Center will be an added advantage. The CMO will play a critical leadership role in overseeing all medical activities ensuring high standards of care and driving the hospitals clinical excellence. This position demands a visionary leader with extensive experience in cardiology and healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of the hospital s clinical programs and services.
Oversee the clinical operations of the cardiac hospital ensuring the highest quality of care for all patients.
Lead mentor and manage the medical staff fostering a collaborative and patientcentered environment.
Develop and enforce clinical protocols policies and procedures to ensure the hospitals operations align with best medical practices.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare leaders including administrative and operational teams to drive continuous improvement.
Act as the primary liaison between the medical staff and hospital administration.
Drive the adoption of innovative clinical technologies and practices to improve patient outcomes.
Represent the hospital at medical conferences seminars and in the broader healthcare community.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Cardiology or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role within a healthcare or hospital setting
Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to manage complex medical situations.
Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to highquality patient care and continuous medical improvement.
Ability to foster a positive and collaborative work culture among medical and administrative teams.

Responsabilidades clave: - Brindar liderazgo estrat gico en el desarrollo e implementaci n de los programas y servicios cl nicos del hospital.
- Supervisar las operaciones cl nicas del hospital card aco asegurando la m s alta calidad de atenci n para todos los pacientes.
- Dirigir asesorar y gestionar al personal m dico fomentando un entorno colaborativo y centrado en el paciente.
- Desarrollar y hacer cumplir protocolos pol ticas y procedimientos cl nicos para garantizar que las operaciones del hospital se alineen con las mejores pr cticas m dicas.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de acreditaci n y las regulaciones de atenci n m dica.
- Colaborar con otros l deres de atenci n m dica incluidos los equipos administrativos y operativos para impulsar la mejora continua.
- Actuar como enlace principal entre el personal m dico y la administraci n del hospital.
- Impulsar la adopci n de tecnolog as y pr cticas cl nicas innovadoras para mejorar los resultados de los pacientes.
- Representar al hospital en conferencias m dicas seminarios y en la comunidad de atenci n m dica en general.
Calificaciones: - T tulo de m dico (MD o equivalente) con especializaci n en cardiolog a o un campo relacionado.
- Al menos 3 a os de experiencia comprobada en un puesto de liderazgo s nior en un entorno de atenci n m dica u hospitalario.
- S lidos conocimientos cl nicos y capacidad para gestionar situaciones m dicas complejas.
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas organizativas e interpersonales.
- Compromiso con la atenci n al paciente de alta calidad y la mejora m dica continua.
- Capacidad para fomentar una cultura de trabajo positiva y colaborativa entre los equipos m dicos y administrativos.

Proficiency in advanced anesthesia techniques for cardiac surgeries. Strong knowledge of critical care principles and management of cardiac conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to make quick and informed decisions during medical emergencies.
Education
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiac anesthesia and ICU care, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting with a high volume of cardiac surgeries. Demonstrated expertise in managing critically ill cardiac patients in the ICU.
