You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Regional Head of Consumer (Cx) Manager to lead and influence key products that will shape our consumer engagement making our users come back to our platform again and again excited with the service and experience they have with Wolt. This is a highimpact role that involves introducing and implementing products and services developed globally into the local market. The Regional Head of Consumer will work closely with marketing & crossfunctional teams both locally and globally to drive capital efficient growth by holistically improving our consumer experience across areas such as Loyalty Pricing & Incentives and Product experience (e.g. Discovery).
The position requires a strategic mindset and handson project management skills. You will be responsible for evaluating the customers value proposition financial viability and legal implications of global products and ensuring their successful integration into the Israeli market.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Improvement: Continuously improve the consumer experience by launching new services lead the introduction of new global products and services into the Israeli market from consumer value proposition financial modeling and legal considerations to operational execution.
Strategic Thinking: Define success by creating highvalue customer propositions engaging teams in successful launches and ensuring high utilization of products and services.
DataDriven Decision Making: Analyze the potential impact on P&L and lead the process of translating global initiatives into local success stories
Marketing and Consumer Insights: Understand customer behaviors and how marketing initiatives impact consumer decisions and behavior.
Qualifications :
Masters or Bachelors degree in business marketing data science or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in global environments preferably within consumer products ecommerce or consulting firms.
Handson experience with P&L management legal processes and market penetration strategies.
Strong experience in working with crossfunctional teams and managing complex projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Looker Power BI SQL is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment. Demonstrated people leadership experience
