Job Description
- To repair rebuild and test mechanical seals in service centre and to provide onsite support at customer sites in South Korea
- Assembling/disassembling/repairing seals and other products of the Company
- Ensuring that all work is completed in a safe professional and efficient manner as per the job priorities outlined by the Company
- Responding to service calls and/or service visit as required
- Closely working with internal stakeholders such as sales engineering and production
- Performs other duties and assignments as required by the Company
- Adhere to all EHSQ policies and procedures
- Complete seal repairs as per applicable SOPs
- Achieving service operations KPIs
- Complete jobs as per customer requirements
- Seal repair
- Seal assembly and testing
- Onsite support
- Report preparation
- KPIs improvement
- Continuous improvement
Qualifications :
- Technical high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or 10 years of experience as a technician in machinery related industry is preferred
- Basic skills in machining tooling and ability to read
- Experience in SAP is preferred Strong sense of accountability punctuality and integrity
- Customer service mindset
