Job Purpose:
- The job purpose is to maintain and to update the data in the ERP system
Responsibilities:
- W codes creation
- ERP quotations filling activity (for buy items)
- ERP Bill of Materials filling activity (for make items)
- ERP routings filling activity (for make items)
- ERP data updates in line with the Change notes received
- Change notes workflow maintenance
Technical Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- ERP functionality knowledge
- MS Office high level knowledge
- Production requirements knowledge
- Products knowledge
- Analytic and Precision
- Technical drawings knowledge
- Technical specifications knowledge
Impact and Scope:
- ERP system new items set up
- ERP system items maintenance (BOMs Routings and Costs)
- Change notes workflow maintenance & collection
