The position is mainly responsible for Managing the Record To Report process, ensuring service level agreements are met. Managing preparation of all statutory compliance documentation. Engaging with the finance controller on potential issues concerning compliance requirements. Providing statutory and tax audit support.
ROLE PROFILE
University degree in accounting and preferably holding (CPA, ACCA, CMA, IFRS, MBA in Finance).
10+ years of professional experience & Min 7 in the area of Record To Report.
Deep understanding of Finance Processes.
Practical knowledge of SLAs and workload management.
Time management – ability to focus and get things done and know what business is critical; able to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity
Co-ordination/planning/resource allocation – ability to bring together different people with conflicting schedules/ideas and meet deadlines
Leadership and Team Management:
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve project goals.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of tower construction, maintenance, and telecommunications equipment.
Safety Compliance:
Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory requirements related to tower work.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Communication:
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, clients, and project managers.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to work at heights and handle physically demanding tasks.
Project Coordination:
Competence in managing timelines, resources, and project logistics.
