We are excited to offer an interim opportunity for a Training and Support Role in the Norwegian Department. This interim 6month position focuses on onboarding training and supporting team development while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key tasks:
Plan and provide training and support during the onboarding of new hires and when upskilling / cross skilling is needed
Followup and evaluate new employees during the probation period
Maintain training materials updated and create new ones as needed
Work with the Team Leaders to ensure that coaching and competence development are carried out and aligned in each team
Provide regular constructive feedback to team leaders regarding the quality of agentcustomer interactions
Ensure user overview for all databases and external portals in collaboration with IT Local Superuser of VIS Pure Cloud and other systems
Continue with normal customer service duties as needed see job description for Agent Support TL in the implementation of work processes and routines
Provide valuable insight to TL about recurring issues customer pain points or challenges based on the queries or concerns agents encounter in their role
Requirements:
Proficient level of data skills and expert knowledge of VIS Pure Cloud portals and other relevant systems used in RSA NO operations.
Experience with onboarding upskilling or supporting new hires is highly desirable
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to diagnose technical or operational issues and work independently or with other teams to solve them.
Ability to provide guidance to team members. This includes helping them improve performance answering questions and providing advice on handling challenging situations.
Native level of Norwegian and high level of English written and verbal.
Organizational and planning skills ability to prioritize tasks.
Willingness to give constructive feedback and coach colleagues (training will be provided).
Patience and calmness in all situations and ability to thrive under pressure/during seasonal peaks.
Proactivity and dedication to follow through on tasks to completion and to provide consistency.
Desire to strive for excellence and quality in all aspects of work.
Solution focus and adaptability to the demands of our everchanging environment.
