As our Talent Brand Specialist at Xensam youll elevate our people and culture becoming an internal influencer who turns the everyday moments into stories that inspire and attract others to join us.You will also play a role in attracting top talent by focusing on the early stages of the recruitment lifecycle and driving impactful employer branding initiatives. This dynamic role combines creativity and social engagement with operational recruitment excellence.
Responsibilities
In this position youll be a part of the People & Culture team and will collaborate closely with our Marketing team to create compelling content that aligns with our brand and culture. Youll also take on peoplefocused tasks supporting the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and seamless recruitment process. Heres what youll be up to:
- Strengthen Xensams employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop measure and report on recruitment and branding initiatives to continuously optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and recruitment campaigns.
- Plan organize and execute branding events while networking within the industry by both hosting and participating in them.
- Document events through photography video and surveys to capture insights.
- Manage the initial stages of the recruitment process including attraction sourcing screening and initial engagement.
- Proactively source and build a pipeline of prequalified candidates using various methods and tools.
- Ensure efficient screening and smooth handover of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant areas i.e. employer branding social media marketing recruitment communication etc.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to create content that aligns with Xensams brand and culture.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders including managers marketing HR etc.
- You thrive in social settings and are driven by a genuine passion and natural talent for building meaningful relationships.
- Excellent communication skillsin both Swedish and English spoken and written.
Bonus points if you have
- A minimum of 12 years of postsecondary education in a relevant field such as communication social media branding or marketing.
- Handson experience in recruitment tasks such as sourcing screening and using tools like LinkedIn and Teamtailor.
- Handson experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram & LinkedIn to increase brand visibility.
