Job Description

Leading
the discussion with cross-functional teams (CFT's) & an active CFT member
in Lithium-ion cell production division Responsible for Yield analysis loss
due to OCV, Conduction insulation, leak, height etc defects. And reporting to
senior and CFT. Responsible for performing electrode and electrolyte Moisture
measurement test by using Karl-Fisher device. Responsible for troubleshooting
of minor stoppages, equipment's breakdowns quality issues and other trouble at
production level. Responsible for daily target achievement by working
together along with operator's Inspector's, and various departments. Monitor,
plan, implement and execute the learnings (PCA's) from the past quality,
safety, and breakdown related problems. Responsible for controlling and
managing over all parameters of Lithium-ion cell as per control plan.
Responsible for trouble report closer and root cause analysis by doing why-why
analysis, and always having problem-solving approach. Document controlling
and management of IATF, ISO, and IMS. Knowledge about IATF 16949 documents
like (FMEA, PFD, SPC, Control plan, WI, SOP, OPL, 4M, PCRN, TIS, Adjustment
report) Responsible for yield and Operation ration analysis and improvement.
Document designing, management and controlling.
