At EverDye startup founded in 2021 we are revolutionizing the textile dyeing industry by making sustainable highperformance dyeing accessible to all. We create innovative dyes and processes that drastically reduce environmental impact aligning with our mission to transform one of the most polluting industries into a model of sustainability. Our team is dynamic ambitious and driven by a deep commitment to making a difference.

Our clients include leading international fashion brands and dye houses seeking to improve their textile production processes. Following our rapid growth and increased activity EverDye is looking for a talented PMO (Project Management Officer) to join the team and oversee all our great projects.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) with over 5 years of experience in project management product innovation development and crossfunctional leadership. As a PMO at EverDye you will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations overseeing project execution and supporting strategic decisionmaking. Your work will be instrumental in scaling our processes and ensuring we meet our sustainability and business goals.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CTO to define and implement project roadmaps.
  • Track progress ensuring alignment with OKRs and company goals.
  • Optimize efficiency by managing resources for technical projects.
  • Oversee project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Facilitate R&D projects and help the team by removing obstacles
  • Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary R&D teams.
  • Provide regular updates on project status milestones and challenges.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in project management preferably in R&D chemistry dyeing house or tech environments.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies tools and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage resources budgets and risks effectively.
  • Familiarity with OKRs and their application.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Business Administration or related fields.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Scientific background or interest in technical topics is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a bonus.
