Job Description
At Paintgun we empower brands to unleash their full potential through innovative and authentic content creation.
We are looking for a highly analytical professional with a background in investment banking to bring a structured datadriven approach to our creative agency. This parttime role (46 hours per week) is critical in evaluating team performance ensuring accountability and driving financial insights for decisionmaking.
Tasks
- Performance Analysis: 1. Evaluate team results based on hours spent creative output (number of assets produced) and performance marketing metrics. 2. Provide actionable insights to improve team efficiency and performance.
- Accountability: 1. Act as the accountability partner for the creative team by holding them to performance standards and deliverable timelines. 2. Present findings constructively to foster improvement and maintain high standards.
- Financial Modeling: 1. Calculate hourly rates project profitability and other key financial indicators; 2. Ensure profitability benchmarks are met and aligned with company goals.
- Reporting: 1. Prepare weekly reports summarizing team performance financial insights and recommendations for leadership; 2. Present data in clear concise formats tailored for decisionmaking.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Investment banking experience (minimum 23 years).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Expertise in evaluating operational performance and profitability metrics.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Parttime role requiring 46 hours per week.
