Job Description

What youll be doing: 

  • Developing and executing the global BDR strategy focused on ABX to meet revenue targets and growth objectives;
  • Working closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure alignment of goals strategies and execution;  
  • Establishing and communicating clear goals and performance metrics for the BDR team centered on account engagement and customer experiences;
  • Partnering with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing teams to ensure BDRs are enabled with aligned campaigns for targeted accounts;
  • Establishing efficient processes for account qualification and seamless handoff to the sales team;
  • Creating a structured onboarding and training program that equips BDRs with skills in account research engagement and relationship management.

Qualifications :

What youll bring: 

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field;
  • 7 years of experience in sales business development or related fields with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing BDR teams;
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through ABX strategies and achieving sales targets; 
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building relationships across functions and geographies.
