Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive professional services strategy aligned with the companys overall objectives and growth targets.
- Lead and manage a team of professional services professionals including project managers consultants and customer success managers.
- Define and implement best practices processes and methodologies for project delivery and client engagement.
- Collaborate with sales product management and other crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and excellence within the professional services organization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and financial indicators to track the success and profitability of professional services engagements.
- Stay current with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to professional services and client success.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in professional services consulting or clientfacing roles within the software industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading professional services teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and the ability to drive business outcomes.
- Experience working with enterprise software solutions and technologies.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed.
