Job Description
Job Title: Agile Coach Advanced
Location: Spring / Houston TX 77389
Job Type: 12 Months (Long Term Contract)
Visa: Only USC on your W2
Identifying ways Agility can benefit nonIT orgs and coaching Agile mindset and practices to these orgs to enable transparency collaboration and better decisionmaking. Enterprise Coaching experience with helping an organization navigate how they are going to win and work through tradeoff decisions. Looking for someone with experience with Agile coaching outside of IT to apply Agile principles to a nonIT setting such as R&D.
Client would like to see the candidate with agile concepts to an R&D environment. And with experience working in an R&D environment (such as with a pharmaceutical) or working with scientists/researchers.
****Must have experience coaching Agility in a nonIT environment****
Responsibilities include:
Help the Orgs/Programs navigate how theyre going to win and then work through the tradeoffs that come from those decisions
Focus on Agile Transformation design planning & execution
Effectively coaches consults mentors teaches facilitates and inspires organizational change.
Design a unique transformation roadmap and tell you the levers to move most effectively within your organization
Coach management on agility
Work as a consultant in projects & Transformation providing various ideas suggestions and strategies related to Agile
Act a facilitator to enable groups to work cooperatively and effectively
Encourage buyin from key stakeholders
*Interviews: will be on during 7:309:30 am or 23 pm CT
*100% Onsite main campus in Spring TX
**Must have experience coaching Agility in a nonIT environment
