The Mission
Are you a seasoned Salesforce enthusiast Are you driven by understanding customer needs and translating them into practical and innovative solutions Then we have an exciting role for you in our dedicated project team. As an Application Consultant you will have a central role in helping our customers reach the full potential of Salesforce. You will work closely with other specialists to analyze customers business processes and needs. You will also design and configure the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- You are involved in implementation projects from grain to loaf
- That is from presales requirement gathering and integration to implementation and then ongoing further development and maintenance.
- Creates detailed specifications that describe how the CRM should be designed and function to meet business needs.
- Identifies opportunities that improve customer processes and customized solutions.
- Configures and customizes Salesforce solutions according to specification
- Implement releases in Salesforce.
- Holding demos and training our customers in their system or solution.
- Keeps you updated on industry trends and best practice in CRM. This is so that together we can deliver projects at the absolute forefront.
Qualifications
- Has at least 5 years of experience with Salesforce and has a good understanding of the possibilities of standard configuration.
- Has experience in actively participating in all stages from requirements gathering to delivery in several implementation projects.
- Is certified in Salesforce (e.g. Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder)
- Has experience with CRM integrations process automation and data modeling.
- Experienced in creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Has experience working as a consultant.
- Has relevant education in IT e.g. Computer and Systems Science or similar.
- Has very good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
Personal characteristics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team.
- Motivated by working with several parallel projects with many different contact points internally and with the customer.
- Good analytical ability and problem solving skills.
