Job Description
- Design and developing solutions to complex supply chain problems for large enterprises using o9 solutions.
- Owns the overall design of o9 for Demand and Supply Planning to meet customer requirements.
- Timely response and resolution of batch disruptions in order to meet customer SLAs with accurate and ontime results.
- Work closely with the TechnoFunctional Leads and other cross functional teams to ensure timely support and ontime delivery.
- Leads Supply Planning process and understanding technical design testing process.
- Reporting issues / bugs to o9 and tracking their resolution.
- Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers.
- Demonstrate conference room pilots with SMEs.
- Leading a team of solution developers in complex supplychain solution & Guiding and mentoring the team; ensuring implementation of best practices & Support
- Skills: 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management solutioning
- Handson experience on o9
- At least one full lifecycle implementation or support of o9 for a client.
- Good experience in functional supply chain solutions such as Sales and Operations Planning Demand Planning Supply Planning Order Fulfilment Capacity Planning Inventory Management.
- Very good understanding of concepts of RDBMS and SQL queries
- Certification on Demand Planning Master Planning o9 Platform IBP is a plus.
- Exposure to Heuristic & Linear programming solvers a plus
- Supply Planning hands on will be more preferrable
- R Plugin understanding and hands on will be more preferred.
