RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospects obtains and develops leads and updates CRM database daily.
Responds to and follows up on sales inquiries by phone email and appointments and inperson visits daily.
Holds standard meetings with subordinates to ensure goals are met understand pain points and manage employees
effectively.
Trains mentors guides and assists subordinates with the PEO sales on a needed basis.
Develops and maintains relationships on a regional level to maintain profitable sales growth for assigned territory.
Educates potential clients about the FrankCrum product line and provides updates on an ongoing basis.
Identifies prospects needs and collects necessary data from prospects to determine service needs and viability.
Plans and obtains approval on marketing and sales strategy both geographically as needed to ensure expectations are
being met in the assigned territory.
Attends business meetings trade shows networking events seminars and conferences.
Communicate with the team and management continuously regarding opportunities challenges and successes.
Oversees and ensures that the assigned Business Consultants assign and perform all duties.
Works with the Sales Director to evaluate employee performance and compose and deliver evaluations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Keys to success in this position include knowledge of company services products and pricing methods.
Knowledge and understanding of assigned regional markets is needed as well as business profitability and risk
management.
At least three (3) years of experience with businesstobusiness sales leadership and a high school diploma or
equivalent are required.
