YOUR MISSION
As a Partner Service Agent youll be the goto person for our partners answering their questions and solving challenges via phone and email. Your responsibilities include:
Managing tasks across multiple systems from updating opening hours and assisting with live orders to providing technical support.
Answering questions about invoices and menus as well as coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications :
Were looking for team players who can work 50% or 75% (with options to pick up extra shifts). foodora operates from 07:00 to 23:30 every day so we need you to be ready to work during weekdays evenings weekends and holidays.
Your journey with us will start with a mandatory twoweek introduction training running from 11:00 to 18:00 at our office.
We believe that you have:
A high school diploma.
Strong computer skills (youll be navigating multiple systems).
Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English (Norwegian is a bonus!).
Experience in service roles like customer support or the restaurant industry.
