We are hiring for the Head Growth & Marketing position based in Singapore. This role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will also work closely with the MD and other senior leaders to identify and execute highpriority initiatives that support the companys strategic goals.
Topline and Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI tracking
- Continuously develop and optimize marketing mix according to the objectives of the company
- Accountability for delivering topline OKRs in line with budget/targets
Growth Planning:
- Define and articulate a clear growth strategy aligned with business goals focusing on both shortterm and longterm objectives
- Identify key growth opportunities in target markets and segments ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy
360 Marketing and Brand Management:
- Drive marketing campaigns and GTMs that effectively communicate best offerings and value propositions
- Lead marketing efforts accross full suite of channels including performance marketing social media marketing demand growth CRM and partnerships
- Develop and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition conversion and retention
- Continuously develop and grow brand love ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
People Leadership and crossfunctional alignment:
- Build mentor and manage a highperforming growth and marketing team fostering a culture of collaboration creativity and accountability
- Provide guidance and direction in setting objectives and achieving marketing goals
- Work closely with the regional marketing team to develop and execute country strategy
- Work closely with the commercial teams across food and grocery businesses to meet business objectives
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or above in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent practical experience. An MBA or advanced Degree is preferred
- 6 years of experience in growth strategy and performance marketing preferably in technology eCommerce or food industries
- Proven track record of driving significant growth and overachieving performance metrics
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations
- Ability to reduce complex and complicated information into clear ideas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and crossfunctional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management collaboration and project management skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
