Job Description

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role who thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Proficiency with seafood including receiving/storage procedures fileting fish in house prep/cooking techniques knowledge of a wide variety of fish species and seafood options
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for food the Sous should be strong and confident on the line and and running expo
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
- Great communication skills
- Menu design/planning skills creative contribution will be important
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and without constant supervision
- Ordering/Inventory experience
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Excellent knowledge of food safety procedures and health code requirements
- Computer Skills including Excel Spreadsheets email ability to operate POS/Recipe/Inventory software programs
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
