Youll provide essential support that helps optimize workflows and empower leaders to focus on strategic priorities. Your contributions will drive productivity and ensure that our teams are equipped to deliver great results ultimately helping Delivery Hero achieve its vision and goals.
As a Principal Global People Transformation you will be responsible for leading and driving the transformation of our organizations global people processes and systems. Your primary focus will be on streamlining peoples operations and controls implementing global solutions and ensuring compliance with local regulations across multiple countries. This role requires a combination of ownership caring for the employee experience bias to action strong project management skills deep People expertise and the ability to influence crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the transformation of global People processes and systems driving excellent employee experience efficiency data accuracy/availability and automation across multiple countries.
Execute the global People Transformation strategy aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.
Single Threaded Leader across functions such as People Finance Accounting People Tech and Tax to ensure understanding of current state change impact analysis dependencies and implementation of the future state.
Assess current People processes controls and systems identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices and streamlined workflows.
Manage and coordinate global People System implementations including vendor selection integrated project planning change management and system configuration.
Ensure compliance with local employment tax regulations and statutory requirements in all countries of operation.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate People Systems with Workday Time and Attendance systems SAP and other relevant products.
Lead People data migration and cleansing activities ensuring data accuracy and integrity in the new systems.
Help develop and deliver People training programs to internal and stakeholder teams to enhance knowledge and ensure adherence to People processes and procedures.
Bring added value to the company to stop leakage mitigate risk and improve decision making.
Monitor and report on global People performance and metrics identifying trends and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Proven experience as a Global People Transformation Manager or in a similar role leading global transformations initiatives in a multinational company.
Exposure to managing complex global projects at scale.
Experience in managing vendors and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Familiar with Workday or similar and their integration with other systems.
Knowledge of global People processes controls systems regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong ownership to manage endtoend processes and implementing solutions that serve employees and the company.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex transformation challenges. Not afraid to challenge the status quo. Able to disagree and commit.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities with bias to action.
Growth mindset to learn from mistakes stay updated with changes in global regulations and technology advancements.
