WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
To provide resolution to foodpandas partners in regards to finance (payment & billing) account management (contractual) and
transmission (device / apps) related topics based on the operational perspective
To maintain business relationship between partners by providing resolution in a timely manner as per agreed SLA
To gather feedback to better understand partners pain point and providing quality resolution to maximise partners experience
To share knowledge or best practices to partners based on guidelines from the SOP to ensure smooth operational
To share insights or informations received in regards to partners concern to the relevant department(s) when deemed necessary
To achieve individual monthly target set by the company as per the bonus scheme
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma qualification in any field
A minimum of 1year prior experience in a contact centre preferably performing outbound calls
Required language(s): English (compulsory) and Malay/ Cantonese/ Mandarin/ Tagalog (based on market covered)
Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast paced highintensity work environment
Good analytical skills with a think outside of the box attitude
Flexible and the ability to quickly and successfully embrace change and adapt effectively in response
Must be able to work on Weekends & Public Holiday
Preferably with strong computer navigation skills intermediate in Microsoft Office tools is an added advantage
Able to join 4 weeks training
