Job Description
We are seeking a professional and decisive Slots Supervisor to join our team in Gaborone Botswana. As a key member of our casino operations you will oversee the daily activities of the slot machine department ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations.
- Supervise and lead a team of slot attendants providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and casino policies
- Monitor slot machine performance and maintain accurate records
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Oversee cash handling procedures and financial reporting for the slots department
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address technical issues and minimize downtime
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service
- Assist in training new slot attendants and conducting performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall casino operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and new slot machine technologies
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in casino operations preferably in slots management
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of slot machine operations and maintenance
- Proficiency in casino management systems and financial reporting
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive gaming experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid gaming license or certification (as required by local regulations in Botswana)
- Indepth understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
