Qualifications :
5 years proven success in a similar role within an enterprise software sales organizations. Enterprise Resource Planning Enterprise Asset Management Field Service Management is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining up to date marketing plan including budget costs and run the necessary forecasting activities.
Strong experience in net new name demand generation marketing activities
Being a partner for the business and come with suggestions recommendations be force of proposition to support or refine the GTM.
Experience using CRM Martech tools (Marketo) and Analytical tools such as PowerBI.
Experience in navigating a matrix organization to leverage direction and support required.
Strong problemsolving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Skilled relationship builder with exceptional polish; team player with demonstrated ability to influence and partner with internal and external stakeholders
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese with business level command of English.
