You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Sr Benefits Analyst will be a key member of the Total Rewards team who will support our global benefits programs which are core to ServiceNows People Pact enabling us to attract and retain our talented team. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling benefits programs and practices with a proven track record of leading action plans and driving the execution of organizational goals. This position requires an ability to think strategically about problems as well as a knack for tactical execution. This role will support the evolution of ServiceNows benefits philosophy and the strategic management of inclusive employeerelated benefits and services that effectively support a diverse rapidly growing employee base and recruit during a period of rapid growth.
What You Get to Do in this Role
Global Mindset: your primary focus will be on global benefit plans including but not limited to Workers Compensation Leaves of Absence Accommodations and Outplacement support however you will support a variety of Global projects as needed.
Create policies and procedures to ensure global compliance and the achievement of equitable and competitive benefits.
Establish and measure key benefits program metrics.
Regularly benchmark company programs and monitor external trends in order to proactively adjust company plans and programs to ensure market competitiveness.
Partner with the Benefits Leadership Team HRBPs and People Partners Finance Legal and People Operations.
Support the strategic evolution and execution of our global benefits programs in line with ServiceNows strategy culture and values.
Design and Implement tools and processes that will improve the employee experience leveraging the ServiceNow platform and AI.
Use your excellent process design and project and change management skills to advance ServiceNows global benefit plans and programs
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have
5 years of experience in benefits planning and administration in a fastpaced environment ideally in an employer setting
Comprehensive knowledge of policies trends laws regulations and system technologies related to employee benefits
Experience with effectively scaling a global benefits process to support the companys business goals and growth with a strong awareness of best practices.
Experience with benefits administration and HRIS systems (e.g. Workday Darwin; ServiceNow HRSD experience a plus)
Financial Acumen: demonstrated experience in performing complex reporting costbenefit analysis of benefits programs and proposals. Excel and PowerPoint expertise is required.
Strong communication and analysis skills: the ability to use data to make recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience benchmarking benefits programs vs. the Tech market and using the information in program design and updates.
Ability to manage effectively with ambiguity manage multiple projects to completion on time on budget and to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
A track record of staying up to date with market practices trends and requirements to ensure benefit offerings remain marketcompetitive financially sound and legally compliant
Experience working with consultants and thirdparty vendors to manage networks coverage services and costs.
