Were looking for a onsite support technician with advanced English/french (excellent conversational skills) for our branch in Luxembourg.
After a period of induction combining business and practical training you will join one of our teams to respond to user requests. You will support users remotely using a variety of methods (telephone email chat selfcare).
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Respond to tech inquiries via the help desk support software.
- Inform customers about IT products and services.
- Walk customers stepbystep through the problemsolving process.
- Help with troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service.
- Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members.
- Provided comprehensive support for Microsoft 365 applications and tools assisting users with functionality.
Qualifications :
- You will bring your expertise to bear on various technical environments such as Windows Office Outlook etc.
- You will have at least 2 years experience in a helpdesk technician role (alternating work experience will be taken into account).
- You are passionate about IT and problem solving.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You have a strong sense of customer service.
- Your motivation and commitment are key to your success in this role.
- You have a good level of conversational English & french. German is a plus.
