Job Description

Role: Hotel Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai Maharashtra
Job Purpose: To sell Accor Plus memberships to leads within the hotel area provided with
professionalism using up to date information and selling techniques provided and resolving member queries.
Key responsibilities:

  • To sell membership to walk in Guest.
  • Create various leads sources to generate sales.
  • Approach each guest using AIDA methodology.
  • Obtain referrals as part of each sales call.
  • Interaction with Regional manager for program related queries.
  • Keep the office inform about the sales closed.
  • Document sales at the end of the call.

Required Knowledge and Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales. (Preferably from hotel industry)
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Networking and relationship Building Competencies
Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all types of customers
Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
Innovative and Consultative skills
Positive and Enthusiastic
