Role overview
The Leisure Sales Support Executive is the key point of convergence for information coming from Leisure clients (Tour Operators/Wholesalers/Specialist Series) hoteliers and sellers. He/she is involved in all stages of contract preparation including the negotiations supporting the Strategic Account Managers who have overall responsibility for the account. The Leisure Sales Support Executive also ensures the operational relationship between clients and hotels when the contract is live.
Main responsabilities
- Conducts comparative pricing studies to make consistent commercial proposals.
- Drafts commercial proposals that will reflect the recommendations from hotels and Strategic Account Managers.
- Ensures compliance with the leisure pricing strategy and monitors adherence to the distribution channels.
- Inputs data into Salesforce (ANAIS) and Cvent and shares regular commercial information.
- Negotiates the contract terms (allocations rebates discounts special requests etc.) with hotels along with the Strategic Account Managers.
- Shares the commercial offers to clients.
- Is involved in client negotiations following the directives of the Strategic Account Managers.
- Drafts and verifies the contracts and coordinates the signature process.
- Participates in promotion collections in coordination with hotels and country sales offices.
- Assists Strategic Account Managers in daily account management: handling client disputes/invoicing conducting client credit assessments and providing support in case of group relocations or event organization.
- Acts as a consultant for our hubs and headquarters staff guiding them in the processes and best practices defined by Global Leisure Sales.

Qualifications :
Backgroud/Experience :
- A minimum of 4 years experience with sales
- Relevant Sales or Revenue Management expertise with experience in building strong relationship with local teams and partners.
- Education to min Bachelor degree (BA) level or equivalent
- Hotels/Business Travel experience
Skills:
- Experience in client relations and negotiation in both French and English.
- Comfortable with phone communications.
- Knowledge of Accor Distribution tools (e.g TARS ANAIS Resaweb Dataweb CVENT)
