Vice President Risks in charge of leading Risk management activities for Accor Group. The VP Risks reports to the SVP Group Risks Internal Control & Insurances
- Lead Climate and Biodiversity risk analysis CSRD for Finance anti bribery risk mapping IT and Digital Factory risk processes
- Influence the organisation to decrease likelihood and impact of identified risks
- Facilitate the Groups Risk Committee meetings which are held quarterly
- Prepare the risk reporting for the Groups executive committee
- Implement and monitor Key Risk Indicators
- Ensure the reduction of Group risks with risk owners (appropriate actions budget in place)
- Prepare presentations for the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors
- Write all communications related to Group risks (URD CSRD)
- Promote the risk culture among the Groups senior executives
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Business / Finance / Hospitality Management
- Strong affinity with Hospitality challenges
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a consulting company in Risk Management
- International environment
