Regional Food & Beverage & Entertainment Manager (m/f/d) DACH UK & Ireland and BeNeLux
Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences in restaurants and bars that enhance hotel stays Join our team as a Regional F&B&E Manager (m/f/d) to support the VP of F&B&E Operations for Northern Europe in realizing Accors F&B&E vision across the region. Partner with hotels and industry stakeholders to establish vibrant dining venues elevate guest satisfaction and ensure financial success.
What will you do
- You will focus on F&B&E for parts of the European region with focus on the DACH UK & Ireland and BeNeLux markets
- Support and execute the F&B&E vision and strategy for our region
- Collaborate with hotels to achieve F&B&E quality and financial performance targets.
- Evolve and adapt F&B&E brand standards ensuring they reflect current trends and guest expectations.
- Partner with management on F&B&E elements for new projects renovations and hotel takeovers.
- Develop new valueadding initiatives aimed at strengthening our F&B&Eperformance.
- Contribute to the implementation of ESG/CSR F&B&E initiatives.
Qualifications :
Our ideal profile would be:
- Extensive experience in F&B operations and menu development with P&L knowledge.
- Background in managing independent or hotelbased venues with a strong F&B presence.
- Blend of operational and entrepreneurial experience ideally with regional or HQ exposure.
- International perspective and openness to current trends.
- Proficiency in English and German is essential; additional knowledge of other major European languages (e.g. French) is a plus.
