Join our team as a CrossChannel Campaigns Director Europe & North Africa!
As the Director of CrossChannel Campaigns you will lead the strategic planning and coordination of commercial campaigns for our brands in order to maximize web direct revenue through a seamless customer experience. This fixedterm position is from January 2025 until September 2025.
COMMERCIAL STRATEGIC PLANNING and CAMPAIGNS
Lead and develop the commercial calendar for ALL & Brands ensuring a full funnel approach: yearly campaign strategy planning for Europe & North Africa working with the Offer Committee (BI and Revenue Management) Ekimetric Ecommerce Marketing & Loyalty leadership teams to create offers based on market and guest needs to meet commercial objectives.
Accountable for the performance and improvement of KPIs such as web direct share revenue generated qualified traffic bounce rate conversion rate and incremental revenue and implement new recommended strategies.
Accountable for activation planning on Destination needs
Primary ENA contact for international hubs & Global to align commercial calendar and support international flows while staying guest centric. Consolidating analyzing and driving planned activities accordingly when needed.
Drive innovation and thought leadership in eCommerce strategy and execution staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive revenue growth
ENA GOVERNANCE & WAYS OF WORKING
Accountable for implementation of tools and systems required to create the combined ICP for ENA with impact on Global ICP (including but non exhaustive: Asana taxonomy tracking rules...)
Monitor and track adoption rate from Ecommerce and Marketing teams
Lead creative agency relationship for ENA eCommerce team including budgets and new briefing workflow setups
Serves as primary ENA contact to feed in commercial campaign planning and key campaign results to hotels and owners (AFA/AFACEP) and senior leadership
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Lead and coach a team to ensure flawless execution of all topics we have a responsibility for
Foster a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and guestcentricity across the team and wider organization. Manage develop and motivate direct reports.
In charge of appraisals development and succession plan
Foster a culture of sharing trust and recognition
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES:
Business degree ideally within Digital Marketing
10 years Ecommerce/Digital Marketing experience
Strong leadership skills (ideally with an international experience) collaborative working mode
Strong background in all aspects of Digital Marketing & eCommerce channels
Good understanding of digital media planning
Highly datadriven and results focused
Working with crossfunctional team with multiple project owners
Customeroriented & target groupfocused
Strong communication management & organizational skills.
