Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and testing mechanical components and systems to ensure functionality safety and reliability. This role requires strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:
- Design mechanical systems components and products using CAD software.
- Create prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate designs.

Project Execution:
- Plan oversee and execute engineering projects ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize designs and manufacturing processes.

Analysis and Optimization:
- Perform mechanical calculations and simulations to ensure design feasibility.
- Optimize designs for performance cost and manufacturability.

Quality Assurance:
- Inspect and verify product quality against engineering standards.
- Identify and resolve designrelated issues during production.

Documentation:
- Prepare technical documentation including design specifications and testing procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of engineering processes and revisions.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- years of experience in mechanical design and engineering (entrylevel or specific years based on your need).

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks CATIA).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems materials and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with FEA and CFD tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Knowledge of industryspecific standards and certifications.
- Experience with robotics automation or HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
