You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailYou will join the ServiceNow squad as a Team Lead operating in an agile environment. Your responsibilities will include taking on a key role in driving projects forward knowing all the ins and outs of ServiceNow not just the application but the company as well. You will lead the team and contribute to sales efforts being articulate and assertive capable of holding your ground. You guide the team through various processes monitoring instances to ensure smooth operations Life Cycle Management and License Management.
Your proficiency in the ITIL framework will be vital specifically in areas such as incident management where youll handle second and third line incidents including analysis alignment small changes communication and followup. Moreover your knowledge will extend to problem management asset management and change management.
Furthermore you will be involved in release management preparing and following up on releases runbook preparation and validation and presenting in the Change Advisory Board. Your experience in process optimization including optimizing workflows reducing bottlenecks will be essential.
