As a Salesforce Field Service Specialist you will be responsible for the implementation configuration and optimization of Salesforce Field Service solutions for our clients
You will work closely with operations and IT teams to ensure efficient integration of field service solutions into existing business processes.
Implementing and configuring Salesforce Field Service
Customizing and optimizing field service workflows and processes
Integrating Salesforce Field Service with other systems and applications
Providing training and support to end users
Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure project succes
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of implemented solutions
Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce Field Service updates and features
Qualifications :
Proven experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce Field Service (minimum 2 years)
Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 6 months
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform
Project management experience and communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
Analytical and problemsolving skills
Knowledge of field service best practices
Experience working with APIs and system integrations (a plus)
