Job Description
- As a Salesforce Field Service Specialist you will be responsible for the implementation configuration and optimization of Salesforce Field Service solutions for our clients
- You will work closely with operations and IT teams to ensure efficient integration of field service solutions into existing business processes.
- Implementing and configuring Salesforce Field Service
- Customizing and optimizing field service workflows and processes
- Integrating Salesforce Field Service with other systems and applications
- Providing training and support to end users
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure project succes
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of implemented solutions
- Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce Field Service updates and features
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce Field Service (minimum 2 years)
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 6 months
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform
- Project management experience and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Analytical and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of field service best practices
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations (a plus)
