Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labour tasks such as lift in and moving.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project timelines.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow health and safety regulations to minimize workplace risks.
- Assist team members with additional tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety protocols.
- Ability to work outdoors/indoors in various weather conditions (if applicable).
- Reliable punctual and able to follow instructions is key to this job role
Preferred:
- Prior experience in warehouse work.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift weight repeatedly.
- Standing walking or bending for long periods.
- Performing repetitive tasks.
Benefits
Work Schedule:
- 4 on and 4 off working 8 hour shift pattern
Compensation:
- 14.50 per hour
Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in specialist cleaning, trauma scene cleaning, or a related field preferred. Certification in biohazard cleaning, hazardous materials handling, or related training is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions. Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in challenging and diverse environments. Full UK driving License Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN SAME SECTOR Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of cleaning protocols for biohazards, chemicals, and other hazardous materials. Proficiency in using specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Emotional resilience and ability to manage stress effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Able to workday time and nighttime shifts.
