Job Description
- To manage the rework team to achieve daily productivity.
- Positively & constructively man manage any performance issues.
- To adhere to all required reporting procedures.
- To provide support to your rework team in resolving any training requirements issues or concerns.
- To ensure the Warehouse meets and exceeds customer service requirements.
- To be active in the operation when required.
- Performance Management of daily rework KPI targets
- Stock integrity
- Pallet accuracy spot checking pallets
- Adherence to inbound rework schedule
- Proactive management of rework in regards to:
- Monitoring of volume of rework pallets completed
- Quality checking of finished goods
- Batch Management and Management of damages
- Health & Safety responsible for SSOW compliance of all rework staff including agency.
Qualifications :
- Flexibility in working additional hours/shift as per the needs of the business.
- Strong Man management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of rework would be an advantage
- Ability to performance manage in the form of counselling
